Cliff Juby, our Managing Director, comes to us with a reputation for putting the customer first. He has brought a team with him that shares the same ethos. That ethos has permeated the whole company
and we all believe the only way to delight our customers is to put them first.

We are situated in an 8,000sq.ft. facility in Northampton. This provides for our general office, bench
service room, customer training rooms and a large (4,000sq.ft.) warehouse.

Apart from bringing back customer care we are building a product portfolio that will enable you, the customer, to go to one supplier for most of your patient care needs. For example; examination and operating theatre lights, patient monitors, or more technical products such as Spirometry.

We offer pre-sales training and post sales support.

In my experience very few Business Managers have and, having managed my own medical

1995 I proposed a solution to Hewlett Packard Medical Systems and they saw the benefit. Although
they are no longer called HP, the system is still being used today and they are still seeing the benefits
of outsourcing their Demonstration Stock Management. Between 1995 and 2006 limited warehouse space restricted offering the solution to other companies but in 2006 with extra space available I was
able to provide the same solution to another major medical company, and they have continued to recognise the benefits as well and still outsource their Demonstration Stock Management.

My involvement with the company that provided the outsourcing solutions mentioned above has
ended and I have now created a new company, Sulis Healthcare, based in Northampton. We have 4,000sq.ft. of warehouse space waiting to be filled and a skilled and committed warehouse team
hungry to offer an even better service.In addition, our new warehouse offers a turnkey solution for interested companies by providing a 4 bay Bench Service Room within the warehouse that has been equipped to the highest standard.

The bench room can either be available on an ad-hock basis or on an hourly rate or for an embedded engineer on a contract basis. All health and safety standards of construction and maintenance are adhered to ensuring customers can utilise the facilities confident in the knowledge that their employees are working in a safe and secure environment.

Our Bench Room
In todays' cost conscious world suppliers need to offer a range of technical services from on-site engineering to box swap. A growing technical service sitting between them is back to bench; this offers the customer a cost effective repair whilst retaining ownership of the repaired item without the cost of having an engineer on site. Our Bench Room enables us to provide this service option for our own products and to customers using our facility.


Our aim is to compliment any biomedical support you may have while providing a service that would be more than adequate as your only form of cover.
